Following the adventurers of David Achtzehn!

The 5 peak challenge consists of climbing five of the highest mountains in the UK in the shortest possible time. Thanks to perfect weather conditions and a highly motivated team, for the first time in Loughborough history, all participance managed to complete the challenge (in 60hr). With no doubt the views and beauty of the four national parks housing the mountains made up for all the lacking sleep and discomfort hours of travelling on the bus. My favourite was definitely Scafell Pike (also thanks to the refreshing swim we had) and the parks are truly at the heart of the British majesty. The challenge was organised by Rag Loughborough and I hope to promote awareness for “homes and hopes for children“.
